We deeply value our Inside Sales Agents (ISA's), as we know this department is the heartbeat of our company! We provide our ISA's with world class training, mentorship and coaching from industry leaders that will put them on the path to success in the Real Estate industry, all while working in a high energy environment where fun is encouraged! We provide you with the tools and the knowledge. All you have to do is show up and grind!

Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments with qualified leads for Listing and Buyer specialist through persistent prospecting and follow-up with seller and buyer leads via phone for 80% to 90% of the workday.

• Manage sales pipeline through company CRM, consistently following up with prospects in a timely fashion

• Ensure qualified leads by asking probing questions to acquire relevant financial information and motivation

• Quickly respond to inbound calls and emails from prospective clients

• Effectively manage time to ensure consistent execution of daily contact and appointment goals

Key Skills:

• Excellent and persuasive communicator with an ability to quickly build rapport over the phone

• Must be coachable, team oriented and possess a desire for continued growth

• Tenacity and perseverance required!

• Positive attitude and high energy demeanor

• Preferred MS Office experience

• Has or is willing to obtain Texas Real Estate License
